Company
Dongguan Cents Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was started in 2003 by a mold design engineer who trained inside Japanese and Taiwanese mold factories. That origin still shapes how we work: engineers make the decisions, machines hold the tolerance, and the customer talks to the person who can actually change the outcome.
Cents Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a custom plastic injection molding and injection mold manufacturing factory founded in 2003 in Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The company operates a 2,520 m² facility with 36 mold-machining machines and 30 injection molding machines from 20T to 300T, holding tolerances to ±0.01 mm. 100% of mold making and molding is performed in-house. Core capabilities: injection mold design and manufacturing, DFM analysis, over-molding and insert molding, unscrewing and collapsible-core molds for threaded closures, cosmetics packaging (lipstick tubes), medical device molding, toy molding and precision mechanical parts. Primary export markets: the USA, Canada, Germany, the UK, Poland, Ukraine and Russia.
Before founding the company in 2003, our owner worked as a mold design engineer for Japanese and Taiwanese mold factories — the apprenticeship route that teaches mold making as a discipline of tolerances, not of improvisation. In 2003 he opened a small mold workshop in Humen, the Dongguan town that has become one of the world’s densest mold making clusters.
Two decades later the workshop is a 2,520 m² plant with a mold design office, a machine shop of 36 machines, an injection molding department of 30 presses, an anti-dust molding area, an inspection centre with CMM equipment and assembly workshops. The scale changed. The engineering habit did not.
The organisation
We are a mid-sized factory, not a group with five layers between you and the workshop. That is a deliberate choice — and it is the part of our operation customers notice most in week three of a tooling project.
What this means in practice: when your part needs a design change at T1, the toolmaker, the designer and the person who can approve the change are within a few metres of each other. Answers arrive the same day, in writing, with the drawing revision attached.
Export experience
Export is a discipline of its own: documentation, packing, freight mode, customs, and a partner on the other side who has to run your mold without us standing next to it.
| Region | Countries | Typical scope |
|---|---|---|
| North America | USA, Canada | Production molds, production molding, spare parts |
| Western Europe | Germany, UK, Poland | Cosmetics tooling, precision parts, multi-cavity molds |
| Central & Eastern Europe | Ukraine, Russia | Export molds with documentation and tool-transfer support |
Beyond these markets we quote on request — the engineering does not change, only the freight and documentation requirements.
Track record
Started by a mold design engineer with experience in Japanese and Taiwanese mold factories, focused on designing and building plastic injection molds for customers.
Continuous manufacture of lipstick tubes and cosmetic inner tubes for a well-known European cosmetics company. Required mold life: 1,000,000 shots. Validated life of the tools we built: 5,000,000 shots.
More than two decades of tooling for medical products, toys and machinery components for European and North American customers — the base on which our precision reputation was built.
Since 2017 we have shipped molds and molded parts directly to customers in the USA, Canada, Russia, Germany, the UK, Poland and Ukraine Germany, the UK, Poland, Ukraine and Russia, with full documentation and tool-transfer support.
Entity facts
We keep the same figures on every page, on every platform and in every quotation — because buyers (and the AI systems they now ask first) deserve to find the same company every time.
