This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third-party server. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to type into the enquiry form or send us by email — and it is used for one purpose: answering your enquiry.

We are a mould and injection-moulding manufacturer. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.
This policy covers centsmold.com and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover our marketplace storefronts or any third-party site you reach from a link. Those sites publish their own policies.
It also does not cover data we hold about you as part of a commercial relationship — quotations, purchase orders, drawings and shipping documents. Those are governed by the contract and by the record-keeping rules that apply to us.
Not collected
This is not a boilerplate list. Each line below was verified against the published site before it was written.
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to browser storage. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
No Google Analytics, Tag Manager, advertising pixel, heat-map or session-recording tool is installed. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Every file on this site — fonts, stylesheets, scripts, images — is served from this domain. Opening a page sends a request to no one else, so no third party sees that you visited.
Collected
Only what you type into the form or put in an email. Every field except your name, your email address and a short description is optional, and you can leave them blank.

Drawings and models of your part are enough. Do not send us personal identity documents, financial records, or data about anyone other than yourself. If you attach files that contain a third party's personal data, you are responsible for having the right to share them.
Processing
One purpose only: reading your enquiry, assessing the part, producing a DFM report and a quotation, and corresponding with you about it. If the project goes ahead, the same data becomes part of the order file.
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters.
Under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — that is what a request for quotation is. For the technical file management that follows, Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in running our business and keeping commercial records.
Where consent is the applicable basis for something specific, we will ask for it separately.
Sharing & retention
This website is served by Netlify, which processes the technical data any web server must handle — the IP address, timestamp and requested URL of each visit — as our hosting provider. Netlify’s own privacy terms apply to that processing.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not pass it to marketing or analytics companies. It reaches the people who quote your project, our engineers, and the freight and customs parties that need it if you place an order.
Enquiry and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and any order that follows. Ask us to delete yours at any time at shally@centsmold.com and we will, except for what we are legally obliged to keep.
Where your data may be processed
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, hand it to you or another controller in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Email shally@centsmold.com with what you want and we will respond within one month. There is no charge for a normal request.
If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied, you can complain to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence, place of work, or where the issue happened.
There are none to opt out of, and nothing to accept or refuse. If we ever add a tool that needs consent, it will not be switched on before a banner asks you.
Changes
The date at the top of this page changes whenever the policy changes. If a change is material for you — for example if we ever start using a new processor — we will say so plainly here rather than bury it.
