Appliance housings are a fit-and-finish problem: two halves that must meet without a step, hold an internal mechanism and survive the heat of the product they enclose. The shut-off line, the screw bosses and the internal ribs decide whether the assembly looks and feels solid.

We build the tools with mirror-polished cavities for a gloss finish, controlled wall sections around the air path, and boss geometry designed against sink marks. Molding runs in-house, so any fit correction is a tool-shop action in the same building rather than a discussion between two suppliers.
