A car charger housing is a small part with a large number of interfaces: two USB apertures, the metal contact position, the vehicle socket profile and a LED window. Each is a tolerance that ends up in the customer's hand as a loose or stiff fit.
We tool these enclosures with insert molding for the contacts where required, tight aperture tolerances and a finish that resists handling marks. Because molding happens in-house, a fit adjustment is a tool correction the same week.
