Protective covers are thin-wall, high-tolerance products: a tenth of a millimetre of extra wall shows as a bulge, and a poorly positioned aperture exposes the component it is meant to protect.
We design the wall section, corner radii and aperture positions with the tool, choose the resin for impact and scratch resistance, and check fit on the T1 parts. Protective covers can be molded in a colour range from one cavity, keeping tooling cost down.
