Complex injection mold with multiple slides and core sections for a technical plastic part
Photographed in our plant in Humen, Dongguan

Pipe fittings, connectors and fluid-path parts combine internal cores, external undercuts and sealing surfaces in one geometry. The tool shown uses multiple slides and split sections that must open in a defined sequence before ejection, with the core pull timed to the press cycle.

We design the motion as a system — guided sequences, wear plates, positive returns and interlocks — and machine the components in-house so the fits are controlled rather than hand-adjusted. Every moving mechanism is dry-cycled and checked before the tool goes on a press for T1.

Typical applications

  • Pipe fittings and plumbing parts
  • Fluid connectors and manifolds
  • Sealing components
  • Technical industrial parts
